Q. If I order a print, how long will it take to arrive?

A. If you order prints from the Classic Collection they are dispatched within two working days by Royal Mail. If you have chosen a print from the Signature Collection,these are printed individually and are dispatched with three-to-five days.


Q. If I order a framed print, how long will it take to arrive?

A. As we offer a bespoke framing service to suit individual requirements, frames are made to order. The additional time in production means that it normally takes up to 14 days for your print to arrive.


Q. How are framed prints shipped?

A. All framed prints are dispatched ready to hang.They are bubble-wrapped before being placed in two custom-made boxes, which give 100% protection. Deliveries within the UK are made by DPD and a signature will be required upon delivery.


Q. Is my package insured when in transit?

A. Yes, your package is insured and should it be damaged in transit we will replace both print and frame and arrange for the original to be returned FOC, or give you a refund if this is unacceptable. We guarantee that you will receive exactly what you have ordered from our site in perfect condition.


Q. Can you deliver framed printsoverseas?

A. Unfortunately, we can only deliver unframed prints to worldwide destinations.


Q. Can I arrange to have a delivery made to a friend’s address?

A. Yes, when ordering you will have the opportunity to specifyan alternative delivery address.


Q. Will I receive an order confirmation?

A. An e-mail will be sent from us after your order has been placed confirming all the details. You will also receive a separate e-mail from Worldpay (UK) confirming details of the payment transaction.


Q. Can I get a refund?

A. Please read our Terms and Conditions, which applies to products purchased from our website. Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Q. What do I do if I change my e-mail address or move?

A. Simply go to the “Shop” menu and select “My Account” where you can amend your personal details.
